This coffee delights with flavours of orange, apricot, and a hint of blackberry, particularly expressing itself with a slightly darker profile as espresso compared to filter. Harvested cherries undergo density sorting before a 30-hour fermentation and final washing. Drying on raised beds for 18-24 days completes the process. Originating from Huila, Colombia, it showcases the Gesha variety.
