Recently in October 2022, Shih Yuan Hsu (Sherry) representing Taiwan took 1st place in the World Brewers Cup, the largest brewing competition in the world. Sherry chose this coffee to use in the competition after falling in love with it.
Aroma: dark berry, concord grape, botanical, syrupy
Taste: candied berry, botanical, orange zest, raspberry - > sweet orange, lightly floral, blackberry, red wine
