Sweet, bright, and clean florals come together in this single farm lot from Palestina - a small town located in Huila, South-West Colombia. Before undergoing traditional washed processing, the coffee cherries that make up this lot are stored in sealed bags and go through double fermentation for 24 hours –– mild fermentation for the sugars –– which ultimately results in a vibrant and more fruit-forward flavour profile.

The coffee-growing families behind this lot had to leave Palestina during the Colombian conflict but fortunately managed to return home and re-settle their roots. La Esperanza pays homage to the hope of returning home and generating a sustainable livelihood through their cultivation of coffee. Experience a delicious cup you can drink by the mug with La Esperanza - a coffee that shines on its own or with milk.

All profits from the sales of La Esperanza will be donated to Inara’s $2M Gaza Rapid Response programme under The Olive Pledge, a platform that unites organisations, entrepreneurs and influencers in a commitment to raise funds for the provision of critical medical and mental health aid for the child victims of Gaza.
