Mikava Estates (170G)

Mikava Estates is a unique blend of our various Gesha varietals growing on our farms; Green and Bronze tipped Gesha as well as Dwarf Gesha.  With a light-medium roast, you'll enjoy sweet raspberry, jam, mandarin orange, and molasses flavor notes. Our Gesha Estates has milder acidity and a heavier body.

Process: Natural process, carbonic maceration fermentation (CM). Solar aerobic slow dry (SASD) on raised beds.
