"When we first started numbering our coffees, the idea was that no number would ever reoccur. However, our classic profiled coffee from Brazil feels like an exception. Besides it being a great base where we started from, 001 feels like a foundation. A coffee everyone will love and a number with some sentimental value. We couldn’t let go of 001 when the old crop was sold out, so we were lucky enough to get our hands on some of Patricia’s best lots of the new crop.
